The Kruve Imagine glass is excellent. I have the cortado set and they are a joy to look at, prepare coffee in, and drink out of. If one were to break, I’d buy a new one immediately.

The 250ml glasses are far too wide to hold comfortably with one hand and I wear a men's XL glove. My wife actually uses two hands to hold it. The glasses are very light in weight to the point where they feel cheap. I would prefer paying more to get a more substantial thickness of glass. I loved the look of them which is what attracted me to them but I'm afraid they won't get much use. Lastly, coming from China, they took almost two weeks to get and the cost to return them makes it virtually impractical to return so I am stuck with them.

I would have taken a photo but it broke after a single use. I'm now too scared to use my remaining glass in case it breaks also.
They look pretty but are not usable on a daily basis as they are just too flimsy. So disappointed for a glass set that cost $70 Australian dollars.

I love the look of my 250ml Imagine glasses but at 4.3" wide, it's a big cup in the hand. I wear a men's XL glove and I find it to be too wide. My wife practically needs two hands to hold it safely since glass is slick compared to ceramic. I had hoped they would be heavier as well. Because of the lack of weight, they feel a bit cheap even though I know they use a quality glass. Took almost two weeks to receive since they were shipped from China.

These glasses look amazing. Every single person I have served a coffee in a Kruve glass is impressed by it. Pouring the milk foam for latte art is very comfortable and the size and shape make it easy to get good results with latte art.
The only reason I am not giving these glasses 5 starts is because the first glasses I received had a defect, and water seemingly got inside through the seal. I contacted Kruve and I must say that their customer service was stellar, offering to send me a replacement immediately after seeing the pictures. The replacement glasses I received have worked flawlessly so far, let's hope they stay that way.

The glasses are incredibly lightweight! They have a slightly larger diameter than my wife’s arthritic hands can comfortably handle. However, they do help retain the heat of the coffee since they are double-walled.

The glasses are very smooth, so it makes them slippery to hold. And I received one with a scratch on the outside of the cup. I told customer service and nothing was done about it.

Under careful use and clean within 3 month, the glass start to leak through the bottom seal hole. Communicating with the vendor to see if replacement is possible. Hopefully this is just a defected product and the new one can last for years.
