COVID UPDATE

Some shipments may experience a longer transit time due to COVID-19. We apologize that we are not able to guarantee transit times and appreciate your understanding.

PRE-ORDER and BACKORDER Items

Items marked with "PRE-ORDER" or "BACKORDER" are currently out of stock and will ship when indicated. If you have both "PRE-ORDER" or "BACKORDER" AND "IN-STOCK" items in your cart, then in-stock items may be delayed until your pre-order item is ready to ship. For faster delivery of in-stock items, make two separate orders - one for pre-order items and one for in-stock items.

For both types of orders your card is charged at the time of sale. 

Shipping Process & Tracking

Orders are typically processed for shipping within 1-2 business days subject to address and payment verification. Please be sure to complete all fields, including phone number. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is processed and ready for shipping.

Once your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive another email with your tracking number and a web link where you can view shipping progress. If you did not receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, please email info@kruveinc.com including as much information about your purchase as possible so that we may assist you promptly and efficiently.

If you have received your tracking number, you can track your package's whereabouts by entering your tracking number in the field below.


Shipping Times and Fees

KRUVE aims to provide the best shipping rates and fastest delivery times possible. Your shipping rate and estimated delivery time will be calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.

All orders are shipped out of China and we currently ship to the following countries:

Asia and Oceania: China, Hong Kong SAR China, Indonesia, Japan, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Australia, New Zealand, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Israel, Qatar, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Vietnam

Europe: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia

Americas: Canada, United States, Brazil

If your country is not on the list, unfortunately we cannot ship to your address. We are constantly looking to expand and offer shipping to other parts of the world so would love to hear from you if you are interested to buy in an area that is not serviced. 

** NOTE: For shipments to China we require your address in Chinese characters.

Duties and Customs

If your country or region charges additional fees like import tariff, value added tax, customs handling fees, etc., then you will be responsible to cover those charges upon delivery. KRUVE will declare the actual monetary value of the order. Please be sure to contact your local federal customs authority if you have any questions. In case the delivery of an order is delayed due to customs, KRUVE Inc. bears no responsibility.

Cancellation and Order Modifications

If you make a mistake or would like to cancel your order for any reason, please email us immediately at info@kruveinc.com being sure to replace your order number in the subject line where indicated. Upon receiving your email, we will make every effort to assist you.


If your order has already been processed, or for some other reason we are unable to cancel or modify the order, the customer will be responsible for the full cost associated with cancellation, modification, or return shipping. Costs may vary based on location and associated shipping fees.

Returns and Refund Policy

If for any reason you would like to return a KRUVE product, we can assist subject the following guidelines:

  • Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase, together with proof of purchase.
  • KRUVE must be contacted first before shipping your product back to us. At such time, we will give you detailed instructions on how best to return your item. Note: The customer is responsible for shipping the merchandise back to our warehouse.
  • All fees, including “shipping and handling”, are non-refundable.
  • Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance when returning any items otherwise we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Item(s) must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Please be sure all the original packing material and instruction papers and/or manuals are included. We will be unable to process your return if parts are missing or if items are damaged due to improper packaging.
  • If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding any shipping costs) will be refunded to you once we have received the returned item and have confirmed that it meets the conditions above.
  • KRUVE Inc. reserves the right to refuse any returns or refunds for merchandise.
  • Shipping times for exchanged products may vary depending on shipping destinations.
