When my order arrived, one of the cups had the plug missing on the airhole in the bottom. After contacting support, they immediately sent me another pair. Very happy with how this was resolved. Also these cups are great. They feel nice and hefty in the hand. And are a pleasure to drink from.

Really well crafted espresso cups! I have a thing for nice drink ware and sometimes good espresso cups are hard to find, but I really love these! They not only look beautiful but they are nice to drink from and feel very premium.

Great cups! They look and feel very nice. You can swirl your coffee without worrying. The only eventual downside, they are fairly tall for people without much space under the portafilter.

The espresso cup is heavy enough to the point where it feels very nice in my hand. Excellent grip. It goes very well with a double shot of espresso. And it has room for some milk foam if needed, to go for a kind of Cortado or Piccolo. I bough a white set and a black set. I also own the Kruve Propel set and the valve at the bottom has gone missing for both Propel cups in my case. I am curious how this one will hold in time. With Propel I played with adding the cup to the freezer a night before the shot, with great results. It will diversify your coffee routine for sure. Nice work Kruve!

Wow, I had high expectations for these cups after owning the clear glass espresso cups for a while. And they exceeded those expectations. These cups are beautifully crafted and the free coasters that were included were a nice touch. The cups have a nice weight to them and make drinking espresso super enjoyable. From capturing the aromas to drinking the espresso. The cups keep the espresso warm for at least more than 3 minutes. Once I get my Nanofoamer pro I will have to get the other cups so I can pour some latte art. I’m not sure which espresso cups I prefer more, but you can’t go wrong with either.
